Alex Camp is a Partner in McKinsey’s People​ & Organizational Performance Practice (POP)​ and leads the firm’s work on Organizational
Health globally. 

Based out of the New York​ Office, she focuses on critical HR topics such​ as performance oriented organizational​ design, effective decision making, high​ performance culture, leadership and talent​ management, and employee experience and​ value proposition. 

Her recent work includes​ leading culture transformation programs for​ 50+ organizations globally focused on defining​ the specific behaviors aligned to drive sustainable performance.

Prior to McKinsey, Alex worked as an org​ strategy consultant with a focus on large scale​ transformational change, training and talent​ development in the technology space. She​ has an M.B.A in Organizational Behavior and​ Competitive Strategy from the University of​ Chicago, and a B.A. in National​ Security​ studies and Leadership studies from​ American University​.
