About

Chris has been at Microsoft since 2012 with the acquisition of Yammer (Viva Engage), where he ran Americas sales. Prior to Microsoft, Chris built early stage sales organizations at five startups over 15 years, always focusing on disruptive technologies centered on employee experience. Chris is a big picture thinker and passionate about driving culture change at the employee and the organization level.  In this new age of Generative AI, Chris is a leader in the effort to scale Microsoft Copilot and Viva solutions to some of Microsoft’s largest customers and internally to Microsoft’s workforce, while closely partnering with the teams building these solutions. 

Outside of work, Chris lives in Breckenridge, Colorado and enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys and three rescue dogs. Preferably outside somewhere on bikes, skis, in a tent, or traveling.
