Richard “Dickie” Steele is a Partner in the People and Organization Practice (POP) and co-leads our Change community in North America.

About

Based out of New York, he has broad-based industry experience in Insurance and Banking, Retail and Consumer, Technology, and the Social Sector across organizational topics including Diversity & Inclusion, culture change, organizational design, and mergers.

His recent work includes using gamification to accelerate change management across a 6000 person organization and supporting strategy development and organizational design for multiple corporate communications functions.

Dickie has written for the Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review, contributed to Forbes “On Human Business”, has served on several non-profit boards in the UK and US, and has been an Adjunct Associate Professor at SIPA, Columbia University. He has an M.B.A with distinction from INSEAD and BSc from University College, Durham.
