Eugene Sepulveda is the founder of Culturati. He advises ceos, boards and investors on corporate culture and employee engagement as CEO of the Entrepreneurs Foundation and a director/partner of Capital Factory.
A senior advisor & the campaign treasurer for Austin Mayor Steve Adler, Eugene brings 30 years experience from banking, high tech startups, and higher education, operating at the intersection of business, government and community. He was Austin’s first tech banker, CFO for an Austin semiconductor startup, taught social entrepreneurship and international business practicums at the University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business, served as President & CEO for NPR affiliate Marfa Public Radio, and was a co-chair for President Obama’s LGBTQ Leadership Council. Eugene’s served on numerous for profit and nonprofit boards, including as a vice chair for the Austin Chamber of Commerce, as treasurer for the Austin Community Foundation, on the board of the Human Rights Fund, numerous foundations, arts and social service agencies. He currently serves on several including the Barton Springs Conservancy, as chairman emeritus for People Fund, on the executive committee for the McDonald Observatory Board of Visitors and as an advisory board member for Jolt Texas and the Sustainable Food Center.
