Margo Downs helped develop the people and culture strategy at three iconic consumer brands. Most recently, she served as the Chief People and Culture officer at Stitch Fix where she scaled the company from 50 to 7000 people while creating a culture grounded in authenticity. She also supported the company in successfully transitioning from private to public.
Prior to Stitch Fix, Margo led the People Potential team at lululemon from 2010-2014 when the brand achieved significant revenue and store growth. She also held a number of roles at Starbucks including head of HR for Starbucks Canada and Vice President of Global Learning.
Throughout her career, Margo has been committed to creating strong organizational cultures that reflect and enhance both brand and business strategies. She is currently focused on advising early stage companies and coaching entrepreneurs and HR leaders.
